Summary: Problem:
Certain QoS settings on DCPS entities may conflict with DLRL usage, such as a history for samples, this cannot be represented within DLRL. Or setting auto_purge_disposed_samples_delay to something else then infinite or settings for coherent updates qos setings

Solution:
If such qoS settings are set in conflict with required settings for DLRL a PreconditionNotMet will be raised, explain this in the enable_allfor_pubsub operation.
