It needs to become clear how a situation is handled where a place- or extension topic is disposed, but the main topic is not, or vice-versa. What should be the result for the Object representing this combination?.

Solution:

Our proposal is that an object gets deleted if one or more of its constituent topics are deleted, and that it starts a new generation if one or more of its constituent topics starts a new generation. The same beaviour would then apply wrt Liveliness: the combination looses liveliness if one of the constituent topics does.
