Summary: Problem:
From the OMG DDS specification the semantic of the liveliness of a reader instance is not clear, when it is exclusively owned by a writer. The LivelinessChangedStatus of the reader indicates how many active and inactive writers communicate with the reader. In case of exclusive ownership it is unclear whether only the reader sees the strongest writer as an active writer, or when it must see all available writers, since the reader will only receive samples from the strongest writer.
