Summary: Names, UML namespaces. In Section 16.5.2 (Names), next to last paragraph, namespaces are supported at all metalevels in UML/MOF. 

Resolution: Delete text as described below
Revised Text: Delete the first sentence of the next to last paragraph in section 16.5.2 which currently reads:
UML supports named elements with namespaces only at the M1 level.

Actions taken:
March 30, 2007: received issue
April 25, 2014: closed issue
Discussion: 
FTF resources were scarce and priority was given to issues against normative sections, hence many issues such as this were left unresolved.

Disposition:	Deferred to RTF
