Summary: Summary: orbos/98-01-11 contains some stale references. For example, on page 20-18:
 
 	...
 	private:
 		// hidden assignment operators for var types to
 		// fulfill the fules specified in
 		// Section 19.3.2
 	};
 
 	The definition for the A_out type is the same as the one shown
 	in Section 19.3.6.
 
 These should now refer to Section 20.
