Resolution: These Class descriptions are in section 10.3.3. They can be referenced from the annex or move to the annex and referenced in section 10.3.3
Revised Text: Move all class descriptions in section 10.3.3 to the D4 annex and insert a paragraph in section 10.3.3 making a reference such as:

The description of all the elements in the model library for GRM are in annex D4
