Summary: Summary: CORBA says "Once an unqualified name is used in a scope, it cannot be redefined", but my IDL compiler allows it. Is it legal?

Revised Text:  No change to spec. It"s not legal for a conforming IDL compiler to permit redefinition of unqualified name after it has been used in the same scope
