The CDL contained within the "Type Definition" paragraphs throughout
section 2.3 (Component Definition Language Specification) are not
always
consistent with the CDL listed in section 2.2.4, pages 73-81.   

Recommendation:
The CDL in section 2.2.4 should be the basis for revision.   CDL
listed
in section 2.3 should be copied from the revised section 2.2.4
