A UML Operation is a BehavioralFeature, not a Behavior, and MARTE's RtService is the intended stereotype for BehavioralFeatures such as Operation.
A vote of Yes on this issue will leave RtBehavior unable to extend UML::Operation. A vote of No on this issue will only leave the issue Open.
