See Issue 11867 for the change in name from "rtf" to "rtFeature"…
We risk confusion by allowing wide applicability (extensability) of the various rt* stereotypes and, even without this change, rtFeature already seems to be a collection of too-loosely-related properties. Furthermore, by naming convention, whether appropriate or not, MARTE's RtBehavior is the implied, intended stereotype for Behavior.
A vote of Yes on this issue will leave RtFeature unable to extend UML::Behavior. A vote of No on this issue will only leave the issue Open.
