Issue 1240: bom/98-02-17 B (boca-rtf) Source: (, ) Nature: Clarification Severity: Summary: Summary: BOCA The BOCA errata document dated April 1, 1998 was intended to be an extension of the BOCA 1.1 Errata document bom/98-02-17, with revisions made in response to requests by the AB, and others, in the few days prior to April 1. Unfortunately, there was a transcription error and some of the items contained in bom/98-02-17 were not included in the final errata. Most of these items are typographical errors, inconsistencies, redundancies, or alignment considerations with the BOCA Interoperability Framework. Those items which are in these categories follow, and I assume are not controversial. There were a few items which may materially impact the specification - these will be re-introduced as separate issues. Those items which are in these categories follow, and I assume are not controversial. There were a few items which may materially impact the specification - these will be re-introduced as separate issues. The following items were in bom/98-02-17 but not in the final errata: * page 31 * reference text: "A process is "launched" relative to the component it is defined in. The names and types of processes that can be launched from each type of component are known to the enclosing component and used to bind to the correct Process Object. The BOCA concept of process does not assume anything about it's implementation - such as it being part of a workflow system or implemented in "code".
