Summary: p.101 (p.79) I don't see the use for the DateType Class.  As ISO 11404 does, I suggest having only the TimeType Class
and removing 12.9.5 DateType Class.  BTW, I like the addition of the Decimal class -- I'm a little puzzled why ISO 11404
doesn't have it.  For the most part, I would suggest being in total sync with 11404 should be the default and only in
selected (very rare) instances should there be deviations.  Also, being in sync with the order and structure of chapters 8
and 10 of ISO 11404:2007 would be better, particularily when fast tracking this through ISO.

p.101 (p.79) I don't see the use for the DateType Class.  As ISO 11404 does, I suggest having only the TimeType Class
