Issue 12915: Inconsistency in Superstructure 2.2 p. 550 (uml2-rtf) Source: International Business Machines (Mr. James Bruck, nobody) Nature: Uncategorized Issue Severity: Summary: There seems to be an inconsistency in the spec. Supersturcture v2.2 ptc/2008-05-xx p 550 The spec mentions: A state with isSimple=true is said to be a simple state. A simple state does not have any regions ***and it does not refer to any submachine state machine.*** It also says in the constraints section ( constraint [4] ) : A simple state is a state without any regions. isSimple = region.isEmpty() The constraint seems to be missing the part about not refering to any submachine state machine.
