Summary: Transition CONTINUE (see fig 7.27) is missing. The description of transition STOP_HALTED does match transition CONTINUE but not STOP_HALTED (see Stopped state in 7.1.14.1.6). 

Resolution: The description of the transition CONTINUE is to be added and the description of the transition STOP_HALTED must be fixed.
Revised Text: Page 120; replace the table of the section 7.1.14.1.5 with the following one:
CONTINUE	A request to resume execution of the Software Element (e.g., a SIGCONT on Unix).
STOP_HALTED	Stop the Software Element when in the HALT state.
