Revised Text: Add a section "7.1.4.9 AMS_StdState Class" with the following text:
This class enumerates the standardized platform-specific state for an AMS_ExecutableSoftwareElement.
ST_NONSTD denotes a non-normalized value and ST_ENV denotes the value of the environment variables.
