Frankly, I wasn't sure of the process for resolving these issues, but since IBM is
taking the lead to resolve them, let me provide my suggested resolutions and suggest
we get confirmation from the rest of the IDL Extensions RTF:

Issue 131: I can't tell what the precise error is, or the base document in error.
Since the next item is from a year-old document, I suggest closing this item by
confirming with Ken Persson that the issue is resolved (or overcome-by-events) in
the final document (ptc/97-01-01).
