Create(ParameterList parameters)  raises (Parameterinvalid)  which is
not
 in The CORBAservices OMG IDL Text File

Inaddition  CollectionFactories is derived from CollectionFactory,
CollectionFactory has a method  generic_create. CollectionFactories
keeps
a list of CollectionFactory instances and a create on
CollectionFactory is to be passed to one of the CollectionFactory
instances in the list. In this context the definition of the
generic_create method in the dervided interface CollectionFactories is
not clear.
