suggestion: Remove the first figure and name the sencond one as Figure 8.7 - Imperative OCL Package - Type extensions

Resolution: There are actually 5 sub-diagrams of which the first two are duplicated by the third and fourth;
presumably an editing artefact when the fifth was introduced for ListLiteralExp.
Revised Text: In Figure 8.7 remove the first two sub-diagrams.
