The following problems appear in the 2.2 spec (98-02-23) and the IDL 
summary extracted from it (98-03-01.idl).


- Section 8.8 page 8-47: need forward declarations of WstringDef and 
FixedDef before use on page 8-48. Again, it would seem that they were 
left out of the list of forward declarations on 8-47.
