The method CosConcurrencyControl::LockSet::get_coordinator has one
in parameter (CosTransactions::Coordinator) which I suspect beeing
wrong there. Reason: This is a non-transactional LockSet and thus
it does not know of any transaction coordinators. All other methos
differ to the TransactionalLockSet in having the in paramter
CosTransactions::Coordinator removed.  Maybe it4s only a cut&paste
mistake.
