The spec should prescribe how diagram fragments are presented.  (e.g. 
three dots at end of continuing flows, ...)

Given that BPMN has very specific structural requirements, most diagram 
fragments in the spec (and elsewhere) are not valid BPMN models.

Discussion: 
The FTF agrees that a proper definition of diagram fragment is important, but we cannot reach agreement and apply such change in this FTF.
Consequently, we defer this issue to the RTF so it can define how to draw fragments and appy the definition to all relevant pictures.
