 The corresponding UML diagram (section 2.2.2.3) shows an informally stated constraint "Type must be 
 CorbaEnumeration" but the constraint is not declared in the CDL.
 
 Recommendation: This constraint should appear formally in the CDL. If CDL expressions cannot express 
 the constraint, the expression syntax and meta-model should be upgraded accordingly.
