Issue 14553: MOF semantics chapter says nothing about ordering of links when association ends are marked “ordered”. (mof2core-rtf) Source: Model Driven Solutions (Mr. Steve Cook, steve-c(at)modeldriven.org) Nature: Uncategorized Issue Severity: Summary: MOF semantics chapter says nothing about ordering of links when association ends are marked “ordered”. In fact the MOF semantics chapter seems to add no value and perhaps it should be deleted from the spec altogether. Resolution: Adopt the explanation of “ordered” from UML 2.5 - Association Revised Text: Clause 13.2 – Semantics After the existing sentence, insert the sentence: When one or more ends of the Association are ordered, links carry ordering information in addition to their end values.
