Summary: In Data Assignment, the 'from' and 'to' attributes are Object. The Assignment class should be modified as following
1. Remove 'language' attribute
2. Data Type of 'from' and 'to' is FormalExpression

Apart from that, the attribute 'evaluatesToTypeRef' in FormalExpression class should be optional

Resolution: This issue has the same resolution as OMG 14701 (14701)
