1) Figure 16.8. Type of diagram should be "stm" not "sm"
2) Figure 16.7 and Figure 16.8. The relation between the testCase and the Requirement should be «verify» not «refine»
3) The paragraph mentions Figure 16.7, but actually describes Figure 16.8.
4) No description of Figure 16.7 appears.
