I received some questions from the IBM implementers of the new ORB
operations for TypeCodes defined in section 5.8.2.
 


2) In addition to the ValueMemberSeq, the input parameters to 
   fill_in_recursive_sequence_tc include the target TypeCode
   pointer, and the RepositoryId.

   What is to be done with the RepositoryId parameter ?
   Is the method supposed to update the Id as well ?
   If that is the case, is it an optional/required parameter ?
