The issue asked whether we need both unique/nonunique and ordered/unordered annotations. The previous spec answered these points inconsistently. The resolution makes it clear that all of these annotations are allowed. His main point is about the utility of some textual annotations which correspond to default values, while the resolution focus on the diagrams inconsistency that Maged only gave for illustration.
