A navigation (arrowhead) is needed from “Interface” to “CallableElement” in Figure 8.36 in order to be consistent with the model association “callableElement” in Table 8.65 (p.105). 

The inclusion of  “callableElements” in Table 8.65 means that “Interface knows about CallableElement”, which (in UML) is graphically represented with an arrowhead from “Interface” to “CallableElement”.
