The name of the Conversation is “Delivery/Dispatch Plan”, not “Delivery/Dispatch”. See Figure 9.18. p.127.


Then, it should say: 
“… a Message exchange in the Delivery Negotiation leads to Shipment Schedule, Delivery Planning and Delivery/Dispatch Plan Conversations and these could be combined …” 

“Delivery/Dispatch” should be replaced by “Delivery/Dispatch Plan”
