Issue 15817: Connection Rules for Message Flow (bpmn2-rtf) Source: (, ) Nature: Clarification Severity: Minor Summary: According to Table 7.4 on page 44, Message Flows can only connect to events of type message. According to page 257: The Result attribute of the End Event MUST be set to Message or Multiple if there are any outgoing Message Flows. Are events with Multiple Trigger allowed to have outgoing Message Flows? If yes, this should also be specified in Table 7.4. Is it further also possible to have a Start Event with Multiple Trigger having multiple incoming Message Flows? In addition, Table 7.4 is missing several arrows, e.g. first row (connecting from a Start Event) and last column (connecting to an End Event). Furthermore, the first column might also be possible (connections from a pool to another StartEvent).
