Issue 1584: Reference to MaxQueueLength--QoS issue for Notification (notif_service-rtf) Source: (, ) Nature: Revision Severity: Summary: Summary: I cannot seem to find any refernce to MaxQueueLength other than in IDL and there is no comment in the IDL explaining this parameter. This whole area seems to be under-specified. It is certainly not in the "Discard Policy" section where it should be. Note that it's an Admin property, not a QoS property. As such, it is defined in section 2.5.7 where it does mention the relationship with DiscardPolicy. We can certainly make a converse cross reference in the section that explains DiscardPolicy, though. -Mike >>This is an issue raised by my colleague Julian Boot: >> >>I cannot seem to find any refernce to MaxQueueLength >>other than in IDL and there is no comment in the IDL explaining this >>parameter.
