Resolution: Resolution of issue 15770 already introduced a new section 5 Symbols and Acronyms with empty content. This resolution fills the section with content. The RTF agreed to include only technical symbols.

Insert the following acronyms to section 5 Symbols and Acronyms. (notice that an empty section Symbols and Acronyms was already introduced by resolution of issue 15770)
