Discussion: 
Progress has been made in standardizing on these compartment label rules, but
exceptions still exist in the SysML specification, such as allocatedFrom and
allocatedTo in Chapter 15. This issue is being deferred so further standardization
of conventions on compartment labels can be considered in a future revision of
SysML.
