Summary: In the section "OMG’s Issue Reporting Procedure" at the beginning of the UPDM spec, there is a broken link for issue reporting. It is http://www.omg.org/technology/agree-ment.htm and should be http://www.omg.org/technology/agreement.htm (without the dash). There are several other cases where URLs get broken across line boundaries. URLs should be set not to break.
