Summary: . I'm missing a capability to assign actual organizational resources to a project in a particular time frame. There is a relationship called Organizational Project Relationship, however it does not have start and end date properties. By not having this capability I cannot calculate how much time on a project spent one or another employee and compare this value with a number required by typical organizational resources for the same project.

I'm missing a capability to assign actual organizational resources to a project in a particular time frame.
