Summary: The name 'Evidence' implies a certain association between some Information / some artefact and some claim.  In ARM it was recognised that information can be used both to define context and as 

supporting evidence to an assertion.  This suggests that many of the prefixes in the SAEM 'Evidence....'  should be changed to allow them to more generally refer to Information (and specialise to Evidence if 

required)
