Summary: A translation error occurred from the java PSM to the specification source files.  scaleToPoints takes only a single GeodeticPosition, whereas it should take a List of GeodeticPositions.  In addition, since GeodeticPosition is an interface, it would be appropriate if wildcards were used.  The suggested fix is as follows:
void scaleToPoints(List<? Extends GeodeticPosition> points, double margin);

A translation error occurred from the java PSM to the specification source files.  scaleToPoints takes only a single GeodeticPosition, whereas it should take a List of GeodeticPositions.
