Summary: In the Table 7.2 description of Multiple Instances, it says in the second sentence that "A set of three horizontal lines will be displayed at the bottom-center of the activity for sequential Multi-instances." In the third sentence, it again says that the set of three vertical lines is also for sequential multi-instances. A revision needs to be made to correctly state what the three horizontal lines and three vertical lines stand for.
