The offending text has been removed by resolving the ISO/IEC-PAS comments. See
issue 18661. The reconciliation of MOF Core, MOF Facility, MOF Version and SMOF
is highly desired but out of the resource limit of this RTF and shall be addressed in a
separate issue by a follow-on RTF.
