Summary: DoDAF users are upset using MODAFRoleKind property on the ResourceRole.
They found the name misleading. The suggestion I've been given from
Lockheed Martin guys is to simply have RoleKind instead of
MODAFRoleKind. It also affect the enumeration the property is typed by.
