Discussion:
Consider title change to "goals" and adding explanation of how MOF 1.4 is not
superseded by MOF 2. Consider adding MOF and XMI specs for version 1 as
bibliography. Label the entire clause 7 as informative. Add remaining references, if
there are any, to bibliography.
