To change a sub clause as 10.4 to a clause as 11 and renumber following clauses.
Discussion:
MOF provides three capabilities: Reflection, Identifiers and Extension. The clause
numbering follows this structure. Package MOF::Common provides facilities to
handle multi-valued entities, which are used by the Identifiers capability. Therefore it
is described as subclause within the Identifiers capability. The clause numbering
shall stay unmodified, the description of MOF::Common shall be expanded.
