Discussion:
The primary definitions of primitive types for MOF are in in package PrimitiveTypes
shared between UML 2 and MOF 2, however these definitions are compatible with
the equivalent definitions in XML Schema. Therefore we do not consider the
reference to the W3C specification of XML Schema as a normative reference. Add a
reference to XML Schema to the Bibliography and a citation to clause 12.4.
This is resolved by issue 18661.
