Discussion:
Clause 16 defines the transition from MOF 1.4 to MOF 2.x. Since MOF 1.4 is
different from MOF 2.x, and also continues to be an ISO standard, a formal transition
mapping is adequate. We agree however to move this information to a normative
Annex. Accommodated by resolution to Issue 17674
