Discussion: 
Disagree. The copyright to all OMG specifications (including this one) belongs to the
organisations that authored the specification. These organisations are listed in this
informative annex. Each of these organisations has given OMG an irrevocable,
transferrable, nonexclusive worldwide licence to publish the specification and works
derived from it, under the terms listed in the annexe. OMG in turn uses this licence to
create a version of the specification that ISO may publish, and gives ISO a nonexclusive
licence to do so.
Since the ISO document formatting conventions do not allow for declarations of
copyright ownership near the front of the specification (as is normal industry
practice), all OMG PAS submissions (including this one) put this information in an
annex towards the end of the specification, as agreed with the ISO secretariat at the
time of OMG's first PAS submission in 1999.
The copyright ownership and usage licence of the specification are as listed in this
annex. Removing the annex would not change this, and would deprive users of easy
access to essential information about the copyright ownership and licencing of the
specification.
This does not affect ISO/IEC's copyright ownership of the material it adds to the
specification.
