Summary: The "Defining Profiles for Non-UML Metamodels" section seems to duplicate the "Restricting Availability of UML Elements" section (which also has the wrong heading style). Surely this could just be done as a single block of text that describes the filtering rules in general and then gives a specific example using the UML metamodel, while stating that in theory other metamodels could be extended.
