Section 17.8.2 should include an example of a more complicated Sequence Diagram that includes BehaviorExecutionSpecification, ExecutionOccurrenceSpecification and CombinedFragment metamodel elements.  It is unclear how these elements should be ordered in the "fragment" set of the Interaction.  See diagram 17.14 for an example that would be useful to see the metamodel elements depicted.
