Summary: Was wondering if clarification was needed on adding bases to specialized stereotypes.  Since Extensions are associations:

•	Bases of general stereotypes inherit to specialized stereotypes, and instances of specialized stereotypes can be applied to any of the bases, including inherited ones.

•	Bases of specialized stereotypes can be specialized from more general bases by redefinition or subsetting of ExtensionEnds.

This all follows from Extensions as associations/classifiers, so maybe doesn't really need to be explicitly said, not sure.
