Summary: I think there are few items that should appear only once in the index.

For example, look at isTabbed. it appears in the index with a page # of 769 which is where the formal classifier description appears. However, isTabbed also appears on page 751 where the field is described. 

as another example, look at isSynchronous which is indexed from page 527 the formal areas, but  isSynchronous is defined on page 479.

It is also used on page 672
