 Appendix, make ReportInfo be the first parameter to create(.) of
 RequestInfoFactory, ReportInfoFactory, and QueryInfoFactory by making the
 following changes:
  Replace "in ReportInfoRef ref" by "in ReportInfo template" in
 RequestInfoFactory
  Insert "in RequestInfo template," as the first parameter in
 QueryInfoFactory and ReportInfoFactory.
  Add explanation for this parameter at appropriate locations in the document:
  ReportInfo: an object describing the capabilities of the sever to which
 the interaction will be sent.
